Our Commitment
Mereor is committed to making the Service accessible to people with disabilities. We aim to conform with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA and to comply with applicable accessibility laws including Title III of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA).
Measures Taken
Semantic HTML, keyboard-navigable interfaces, focus styles, sufficient color contrast in our design tokens, ARIA attributes where appropriate, responsive layouts for mobile and assistive technologies, and accessible form labels and error messages.
Known Limitations
We are continuously improving. Some third-party components or generated PDFs may not yet fully meet WCAG 2.1 AA. If you encounter a barrier, please tell us and we will work to resolve it.

If you need help using Mereor because of a disability, or you want to report an accessibility issue, email support@mymereor.com with the subject "Accessibility". We aim to respond within 5 business days and to provide an accessible alternative when possible.
Formal Complaints
If we do not adequately address your concern, you may also contact the U.S. Department of Justice or your state attorney general.
