Summary

Mereor does not sell personal information for money and does not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, as those terms are defined under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA). We also do not engage in targeted advertising under the Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, Texas, and similar state laws.

Global Privacy Control (GPC)

We honor browser-level Global Privacy Control signals as a valid opt-out of sale/sharing for residents of states whose laws require it. Even if you have not enabled GPC, no sale/sharing occurs by default.

Submit a Request

You can confirm your opt-out status, request the categories or specific pieces of personal information we have collected, request deletion or correction, or submit any other privacy request, by emailing support@mymereor.com with the subject line "Privacy Request" and the type of request. We verify identity using account-based authentication. We respond within 45 days (extendable by 45 days where permitted).

Authorized Agents

You may designate an authorized agent to make a request on your behalf. The agent must provide written authorization signed by you, and we may require you to confirm directly that the agent is authorized.

Non-Discrimination

We will not deny you the Service, charge you a different price, or provide a different level of quality because you exercised your privacy rights.
